Case Description
My two top wisdom teeth are impacted, we think horizontally, but they are so high that they almost in my sinus. I have absolutely no problems with them at this time but I am going to get my bottom teeth out. I have gone to two dentists and one says that they are so hight that he would leave it alone. the second says that there will definately be sinus perferation First off, is it not recommended to get them all out at one time? Second, if they high up and not causing problems, isn't the likely hood of the top causing problems very small?

If your upper wisdom teeth are not exposed or partially erupted, then your chances of having trouble with them is lessened. And you always have to weigh the risks/complications associated with their removal with the need or wish to have them removed.

Make sure you consult with an oral surgeon if you haven''''t already.
