I've had many periodontal surgeries since age 28, braces, veneers and a bridge across the front teeth (3). My periodontist said that I will most likely lose many top teeth and he is not sure that there is enough bone to accomodate implants or bridges. I am 61 years old, female, and not really excited about all this but I know that it is essential to do it. Last week I had an abscessed root on tooth #13 and it was cut off but now I'm afraid the tooth will fall out. Please advise who you suggest I can trust to treat this problem with the best and healthiest procedures.
