Case Description

My daughter currently has a bridge for one of the primary top front teeth and has an artificial porcelin tooth next to it that is now appearing a little forward as her head size is adjusting. She is turning 17 now and we would like an estimate for implant and adjustment to the second tooth. Average cost and payment plans available would be beneficial. At this time not insured though have GE wellness plan for a limited time. Not renewing if can't find a good cosmetic dentist that takes it.

Depending on how well this procedure goes, I have extensive full mouth reconstruction that I am considering.

Cost Estimate: $3000-3500

An implant generally costs around $3000-3500. This includes the surgical placement by either a Periodontist or an Oral Surgeon and the restoration by a general dentist. The general dentist works with the surgeon aiding in the proper placement of the implant fixture for the most ideal or cosmetic result. Unfortunately, most insurance companies cover little to none of the expense. Occasionally they will cover a portion of the crown, which goes onto the implatn abutment.
